Our September ‘Music Club’ sessions have been packed with a multitude of smiles and ukuleles!
Best of all it is amazing to see so many new faces and new friendships being made.Our charity strives to help as many people as we possibly can through our Social Events, Carers Hub, Befrienders Initiative and Memory Steps Course.Please know that you are not alone.
