Dementia can affect anyone irrespective of gender, race, educational background, career or residence and causes great distress and pain to entire families. People need to understand dementia and how best to care for their loved ones ….
IOur ‘Memory Steps Course’ has been created to ensure that people are given the right support from day 1 of a diagnosis or when the time is right for them.It is aimed at those recently diagnosed, their carers and families. Our September Course at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden has provided vital support so far from our team of experts from the Alzheimer's Society, Age UK Hertfordshire, Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, Dementia UK and Carers in Hertfordshire. We are looking forward to hearing from more fantastic organisations and social care specialists over the coming weeks.
