The number of people living with dementia in England is at an all-time high, it is Britain’s biggest killer and affecting more than 55 million people worldwide….
‘Say it with a Smile’ is focused on helping as many people affected as we can in 4 important ways:Please share this link showing our new promotional leaflet with family, friends and neighbours - everyone knows someone battling dementia…
We have two versions: ‘Memory Care Services’ and ‘Events and Services’ - as some people aren't comfortable acknowledging their diagnosis.
